Pathway marks second anniversary

The month of February 2023 marked the second anniversary of the PATHWAY Project, a capability-building project for higher education institutions co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. PATHWAY which stands for: “Promoting the employAbility and enTrepreneurship of Higher Education graduates through innovative WAYs in the Philippines” is a structural project aiming to have an impact by enhancing entrepreneurship and employability culture of higher education institutions in the Philippines to meet labor market needs and governmental reforms.
ECCP Advocacy Papers for 2022 are out now

One of the Pathway partners, the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines' (ECCP) Advocacy Papers for 2022 are out now. The ECCP Advocacy Papers contain relevant figures regarding the status of Philippine industries. These include Agriculture, Automotive, Customs and Logistics, Environment and Water, Food and Beverage, Healthcare, Human Capital and Education, Infrastructure and Aviation, Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, Tax and Financial Services, and Tourism. The Advocacy Papers also contain recent reforms and industry developments followed by advocacy recommendations.
Pathway university partners engage with local entrepreneurs

Pathway university partners Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU), Benguet State University (BSU), Saint Paul University of the Philippines (SPUP), Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), and Lyceum of the Philippines University – Batangas (LPU – Batangas) engaged with local entrepreneurs through the 100/20 enterprises activity.
Pathway’s final training of trainers held at Ateneo de Manila University

The pathway project held its third and last Training of Trainers at the Ateneo de Manila University from October 10-15, 2022. ToT3 was all about the development of soft skills among students and the importance of setting up observatories in Philippine Higher education institutions.
Pathway Project partners successfully holds World of Work Café

Last October 14, 2022, the PATHWAY National Event, World of Work Café with the theme “Pathways to Employability and Entrepreneurship in the New Normal” was held at Dusit Thani Manila.
UM, France hosts ToT2
May 31, 2022
Training Mission 2 of the PATHWAY Project was held in Montpellier, France last May 16-20, 2022 following the successful completion of Training Mission 1 in Alicante, Spain. Training Missions are a few of the significant components of the PATHWAY Project that builds the capacity of Philippine higher education institutions on students' employability and entrepreneurship skills.
